Animatronic (mechanical) Models & Props

Anything that is built to move, take direction, and sound as if it was alive, could be called animatronic. We use the Hollywood Standard in animation work. If it doesn't seem alive, it doesn't get out of this shop. Please find a list of our animatronic department services below:

  • Designing in CAD or graph paper sketches, depending on project complexity
  • R&D machining & assembly of steel, aluminum, delrin, stainless steel custom parts;
  • Assembly of parts for cable, rod, electronic and/ or radio control
  • Welding, cutting, shaping, turning, radius work, bending, of steel, aluminum, delrin
  • Over 20 years of successful performances and installations!
  • Many "off the shelf" parts for puppets and rigs
  • Many "off the shelf" mechanical drawings and designs
  • Weekend and overnight turnarounds available
  • Upgrade, characters with reasonable bench rates and on site analysis.
  • Convenient location to the Hollywood tech's that serve features, tv, and commercials
  • In House stage used to tape / photograph tests and pre-rigs
  • Fully insured for fire, theft, vandalism
  • Payroll services included as "employer of record
